Dr. Caroline Pike is President and Owner of Leadership & Organization Dynamics. She focuses on aligning organization structure, culture, and talent with strategy to achieve organization goals. With over 20 years of experience in leadership and organization development, she has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and insight which she brings to each assignment.
Caroline’s background includes consulting, managerial and executive roles in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, energy, financial services, telecommunications, and education. She has been on the faculty of Washington University of St. Louis, Saint Louis University, Thomas More College, and Ithaca College, and has worked as an independent organization effectiveness consultant and executive coach with various organizations in health care, telecommunications, and education.
Through these experiences, she has developed a keen sense of the dynamic interconnectedness of people, culture and leadership in organizations. She brings a systems perspective to her work that builds synergy among these components and enables individuals and organizations to achieve their highest levels of performance.
Caroline earned the Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University, the M.A. in Psychology from University of Louisville, and a B.A in General Psychology from University of Kentucky.
She is on the Board of Directors for Louisville Visual Art, and also enjoys volunteering with Gilda’s Club, and actively supporting The Humane Society and The National Parks Conservation Association.

Dr. Alfred Frager, a partner at Leadership and Organization Dynamics, is an OD professional that helps firms link culture, strategy, and learning. He has a wide range of experience working with organizations of many sizes, from small startups to those with large matrix structures.
Alfred most recently was the Sr. Director of Talent for the Kansas and Oklahoma regions of Ascension Health system, where he led the organizational development and non-clinical training departments for over 12,000 employees at multiple sites and cities. He previously worked with non-profits, other health care organizations and support systems, manufacturing companies, service industries, and IT/Engineering organizations.
Dr. Frager is currently co-authoring a book that focuses on developing workplace loyalty based on the perspectives of 24 Generals and flag officers from all four branches of the military. He is an Eagle Scout and also has a passion for serving on boards, or volunteering for service organizations that benefit youth, such as the Boy Scouts of America, Kiwanis, and the Lead Poison Prevention Project.
Alfred earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University. He earned his B.A. in Psychology, Communications, and Spanish from the University of Louisville.
